) I would increase traffic by:
Free Shipping: I HATE s/h fees. Especially when it's not a flat rate, and I have no idea how much I'm paying until the *checkout* page, after I've entered my cc info.
Photo Gallery: (Pretty pleeeease!

) I like to buy products that I can SEE my kids wearing. I would love BL to start an In Real Life (IRL) Gallery. Instead of having "Foto Friday", have everyone upload their photo to the IRL Gallery, and post their link in the normal thread. That way people visiting the forum wouldn't have to click through old threads to look at cute pictures.
Giveaways: Nothing is better than FREE! I love daily drawings, giveaways, etc.
Daily Deal Websites: I know you already participate in Babysteals, but there are a number of others as well, such as

Bargain Websites: The biggest one I know of is
http://www.slickdeals.net. If there's a really good deal going on the BL website, someone posts it there, and TONS of people flood in. That's how I found out about the "Capture a Flag" promo going on last July.
Also http:www.retailmenot.com. People post coupon codes they know about there. But IF it were me, I would be posting codes on there as a BL rep constantly. People will find other ways to find the coupon codes anyway, might as well be you giving it away!
Blog Giveaways/Word of Mouth: Nothing promotes a product like friends! Most of us here probably have blogs. Blog giveaways are always so fun! Give each of us a pair to give away on our blog (we'll link you up to watch). We can write about why we love them so much, and make others addicted as well.
Use Facebook: Giveaways, incentives, secret sales... Maybe a coupon for becoming a fan. Maybe a "status" giveaway... where you have to write something about babylegs in your status for everyone to see.
Referral Program: Add a referral program. The more people referred to the forums, the more prizes earned.
Sales: I will admit I don't think I've spent full price on a pair of BL yet. I LOVE sales. Maybe offer more sales to people in your forums

Price is a big factor in what I purchase.
There are a lot of things that make me consume a product. A lot of the time I read from other moms in a forum, I read blogs and magazines (like above). But mostly I really want to know what I'm buying will be used! Show me tons of pictures of different ways people are USING your product, and I'm hooked!
